1. United Family: Refers to the United Family website (domain name: ufh.com.cn)
2. Provider of website services: namely, the operator of this website, Shanghai United Family Hospital Co., LTD., Hainan Muqin Medical Management Co., LTD., Beijing United Family Hospital Co., Ltd. and other affiliated companies of United Family.

Unless there is a change in the operating entity of United Family, United Family will not transfer your personal information to any third party. If the change of the operating entity of United Family leads to the transfer of your personal information, we will also strictly require the transferee to strictly protect your personal information in accordance with this privacy Policy. Otherwise, we will require the transferee to re-obtain your authorization and consent.

For reasonable requests, we do not charge in principle, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we may charge a certain cost fee as appropriate. We may refuse requests that are unjustified, require excessive technical means (for example, require the development of a new system or a fundamental change to existing practice), pose a risk to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (for example, involving information stored on backup tapes).
We will not be able to respond to your request in any of the following circumstances:
1. Related to the personal information controller fulfilling obligations as required by laws and regulations;
2. Directly related to national security and defense security;
3. Relating directly to public security, public health, and major public interests;
4. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of judgments, etc.
5. Where the personal information controller has sufficient evidence to show that the personal information subject has malicious intent or abuse of rights;

VI. How we handle the information of minors
